Simentra establish USA office presence to further enhance business potential for N.American high tech, high growth companies expanding into Europe

Belfast and London, UK, Palo Alto, USA 25th February 2002

Simentra ltd, a company dedicated to providing a lower risk new market entry service for high tech start-ups, early stage technology companies and venture capital firms portfolio companies today announced a further addition to their office presence by establishing a North American Sales office in Palo Alto,California.

The office has been established to provide a base for Simentra's North American sales and business development operations. With locations in Ireland and the UK already, Simentra hope to use the North American operation as a sales platform to encourage west coast high tech, high growth companies to utilise the Simentra Charter Series products and services when considering new international sales and marketing expansion into Europe.

"We obviously recognise the immense importance that local sales and marketing knowledge of Europe can provide to high tech companies who need to expand to Europe to increase their sales and marketing presence globally. Our new sales and business development team will utilise the Palo Alto office location as an opportunity to network, develop new business and partners and establish relationships with the key industry players who will support and encourage the use of our Charter Series process as a means of minimising the risk and accelerating the growth for international sales contributions," commented Paul Dallimer, a founder of Simentra who has lead a number of high tech start ups into the European market.

Dallimer will lead the Global sales team for Simentra and is on the verge of announcing new additions to the company services with Programme Management and Software Agency to the Simentra product portfolio. Simentra will be appointing a new VP Business Development in April 2002 who will oversee the USA operation in Palo Alto and be responsible for managing new business partner relationships with Global firms who are engaged in providing added value service to the Simentra Charter Series.

"Our core objective is to provide a process for market entry into Europe for high tech firms that demonstrate a measurable return on investment, an accelerated route to revenue and a concise recommendation of which channel to select to maximise the return.
